Q. How long does shipping take?

All Lily & Daisy pieces are created from the flowers grown in my garden; dried flower stock may vary. We endeavour to have a good selection of stock as available at all times. If we have the requested flowers in stock the jewellery will be ready to ship within 2-3days, however this may be extended if the flower you have chosen is still in the pressing stage. Therefore, because of the nature of our unique handmade jewellery and the process to create it we advise an estimated shipping from 5-10 days to accommodate this.

Q. Do you provide a custom jewellery service?

At Lily & Daisy, all of our pieces are carefully handcrafted with the flowers grown in my garden. Thus, all pieces are unique from one another. However, if you are looking for a custom flower design, we do offer a few options. Please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate any custom requests.

Q. What’s the best way to care for my jewellery?

To ensure our pieces maintain their quality it is recommended to avoid submerging the resin in water. Store your pieces out of direct sunlight and avoid exposing the jewellery to any chemical products. If needed, our pieces can be wiped down with a soft cloth to maintain clarity.

Q. Which payment types do you offer?

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions.

We also accept bank transfer, however confirmation of payment is required via email.

Q. How secure is your payment?

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Stripe Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.
